You know the time; it is the hour now for you to awake from sleep. For our salvation is nearer now than when we first believed.

• Gospel Reading: Matthew 24:37-44

As it was in the days of Noah, so it will be at the coming of the Son of Man.

• Jeremiah 33:3: "Call to me and I will answer you and tell you great and unsearchable things you do not know". This verse emphasizes that God is available and wants to communicate with you.

This is one of my favorite verses:   I call it GODS telephone line

Today, I am thankful not to have to be outside it is 37 feels like 20 burr.    I am also thankful that I finished my thankful month, yes I got behind but I got it done.

• Titus 2:14: Jesus "gave Himself for us"—not only to redeem us, but to form us into a "people zealous for good works".

Today I am thankful for HEAT, this morning it was 57 by time I went to town to get propane and groceries the temp had dropped 15* in an hour and half.  The heat sure felt nice, first time this year of having to turn it on.

Today I am thankful for the time spent with my family on Thanksgiving day.   I love how the LORD has been working with all of us.   Four years ago, my sister n law and I couldn't hardly stand each other, we sat at the hospital the day my mom passed and worked out our differences.   Fast forward to now, my brother and Sis n Law has both found the LORD and we are all what family should be now, friends not enemies

Today's Bible verse is Psalm 112:5, which states, "It is well with the man who deals generously and lends; who conducts his affairs with justice". This verse encourages a life of generosity, kindness, and fairness in all dealings. 

• Meaning: This verse highlights the blessings of a life lived with generosity and a commitment to justice in all personal and professional matters. 

Today I am thankful for Thanksgiving, and getting to spend time with both

Today, I am thankful for not having any errands to do, so spent time cleaning up my house, cleaned the bathroom, kitchen *counters, sink, mopped and swept all the floors.

• Proverbs 11:25 "A generous person will prosper; whoever refreshes others will be refreshed." This verse is frequently referenced for its message on generosity and blessing.

Today, I am thankful for our Bible Study group, the fun, fellowship, food all are what being involved with small group is all about.   These people have all become friends, along with my niece and sister n law.

Today I am thankful for the much needed rain we are getting.   Cooler temps and the rain, makes it seem more like Thanksgiving week

This verse can be a reminder that the goodness and blessings in your life are intentional gifts from God, who is steady and trustworthy regardless of circumstances. 

Today I am thankful for being able to study God's Word in peace and quiet.

Today I am thankful for getting to spend the day with a friend,  (returning home to find my door opened)  my little weenie dog was no where to be found, an honest neighbor picked her up so she wouldn't get hit,....I am SO thankful there are still honest people around

Today I am thankful for my neighbor dad allowing me to use his car to get parts for my suv and that it is fixed and working again.

Todays Bible verse: Jeremiah 33:3 says, "Call to me and I will answer you, and will tell you great and hidden things that you have not known". This verse is a promise from God that if people call out to him, he will answer their prayers and reveal profound, hidden truths that they could not know on their own.  

Today I am thankful for my Bible Journaling Group,  there are two ladies that do  

an amazing job, putting our kits together every month.

Today I am thankful for all veterans, past, present and future.  THANK you all for the sacrifices made, for the hell you went thru *Korean, Vietnam* every war ever endured to any and all.   ALL GAVE SOME, SOME GAVE ALL

I come from a very strong veteran background, however many of them are no longer with me, they will always be my protectors behind my heavenly father

Today I am thankful for my fur babies, they love unconditional.  They have helped me so much after the death of Gator and shortly after my mom.

Today I am thankful for warm fuzzy blankets, heat, warm clothes.   This cold front Saturday evening came in with a vengeance.  Today the temp is 44 feels like 38 tomorrow however the temp is spose to be about the same but will feel like in the 20s.

Today I am thankful for the fun, friends, food, and the adventures.

This weekend I went camping (glamping)with my friends who moved back to OK in July.

Michelle and I have been friends since 1997,  I moved to TX in 2001, she moved back to Arizona in 2000 for 25 yrs we have been apart, we have reconnected so well, just love her little family that is here also and she has the cutest grands ever.

Today I am thankful for what food I have in the cabinets and fridge.  Being that I am now disabled, and worked all of my life I do (right now) really depend on the Food Stamp program, am I proud of this?  No I am not, I never thought I would have to rely on that help.   with the government closed down it has really cut into my disability check of 900 to get groceries.
